Refund policy

Returns
You can return your item within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
• Be in the original packaging; and
• In saleable condition

Exchanges
An exchange will be offered on faulty or defective items. If you need to exchange your item, please send an email to sales@cobwebwinder.com outlining the reasons along with Photos for exchange and our customer service team will be happy to provide assistance.

What happens next?
It can usually take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All goods are inspected upon return and we will notify you once your return is approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you may vary. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
